Welcome to Miss Madison! We’re so glad you stopped by! Before you find your PERFECT dress, please take a brief moment to review our processing and shipping times.


Every item at Miss Madison is handmade, start to finish by ONE person.  We are not a warehouse and we do not have assembly lines!  Because every item is handmade to order and customized to exactly what you want, quite literally, scissors do not touch fabric until an order is placed.  We pride ourselves on supplying our customers with gorgeous handmade items; brecause of this, our processing times can take anywhere from 7 business days to as many as 12 weeks depending on the size of your order and/or specific items you order.  

We do have some items which are marked Ready To Ship, or RTS.  This means these items are already made and do not need processing times.  These items are also “Non-Customizable”.   They will leave our facility and ship to the buyer within 1-3 business days of purchase.


We completely understand that life happens and you can’t always plan 12 weeks in advance.  Most of our items have a Rush Processing option that you can select on the product page for an additional fee.  You can select either the 14-day processing or 7-day processing.  However, if we receive too many rush orders at one time or if our production is behind, we may opt to remove one or both rush order options. 


If you select a rush processing option for one item in a single order, YOU MUST select a Rush Order option for EVERY item in a single order.  If an order is placed for multiple items and a rush processing option is selected for less than every item, the entire order will be shipped together once ALL made to order items have been completed, regardless of the processing time selected.


PLEASE KEEP IN MIND – the “Processing Time” is the time needed for the seamstress to construct your item.  This does not include “Shipping Time’.  When selecting your “Rush Processing” option, please also calculate the amount of time needed for your item to get to you.  A good rule to use, if your event is less than 4 weeks away, select the 14-day Rush Processing.  If you event is less than 18 days away, select 7-day processing.  Please note that holidays are not included in the processing days as our staff are off to be with their families.  Please plan accordingly!  Rush processing fees are non-refundable.

If you are ordering a RTS (ready to ship) AND Standard or Rush processing items in the same order, all items will ship together when the made to order gowns are complete unless requested otherwise. Additional shipping charges may apply if you choose to have RTS items shipped separately. Please contact us with any questions. 


All Domestic Orders from Miss Madison Ship Free of Charge

Please understand that once your item leaves our facility, we have no control over it.  Please allow 48 hours for USPS  to update the tracking on your item.  All claims must be filed with the carrier directly!

Shipping times are as follows:

  • Free shipping will be shipped via USPS ground or Fedex Ground | exact shipping transit times will vary and cannot be guaranteed.
  •  International orders ship First Class Mail and take 2-4 weeks to arrive depending on location. (not guaranteed)

This is an approximate, we have no control over international delays and can take up to 60 days in some countries. Miss Madison is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, natural disasters or acts of terrorism.

Upgraded shipping options available for an additional cost and are calculated at checkout.

Additional charges for taxes or customs clearance are the recipient’s responsibility; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. In most cases, international order will have a  VAT or import tax, customs duties or fees levied by your destination country.  Customs and taxation policies vary and we are unable to tell you in advance what those taxes will be.  You should contact your local customs office for further information. 

~ PLEASE NOTE ~ When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.**

We are unable to list items as a gift, or write an amount lower than the actual product price on customs forms as this is against the law. Please contact us if you wish to break up your order. Additional fee’s may apply.
