The dress boasts a stunning 12 panels of gorgeous soft chiffon over a full circle mermaid skirt for a show stopping effect.  Creating incredible depth, texture and flow.  Made with an elegant sweetheart neckline, topped with a lace boatneck neckline, drop back and full length sleeves.
